- Academic & Study Data: Target entrance exams (VITEEE, BITSAT, SRMJEEE, WBJEE, IAT, KCET, COMEDK, MHTCET), current mock scores, target year, preferred branch, and subject weaknesses provided in PrepPro AI diagnostic forms.
- Payment & Transaction Information: Payments are processed via PCI-DSS compliant payment gateways (Razorpay). We do not store your credit/debit card numbers, CVVs, or UPI PINs on our servers. We receive only transaction identifiers, payment status, and billing emails.
- Communication Records: Feedback forms, customer support queries, or session notes shared during mentorship.
3. How We Use Your Information
- To provide, manage, and unlock your full length test series, formula notes, and PrepPro AI study diagnostics.
- To schedule and deliver 1:1 Google Meet mentorship sessions and send calendar links.
- To generate customized PrepPro AI diagnostic reports and weakness detection analyses.
- To communicate transaction confirmations, booking receipts, and critical account updates.
- To improve our platform performance, security, and student experience.

We never sell, rent, or trade your personal data with third-party advertisers. We share information only with trusted service providers necessary to operate our services:
- Payment Processing: Razorpay Software Private Limited for secure payment settlement.
- Meeting & Calendar Services: Google Meet / Google Calendar for 1:1 mentorship video calls.

- Legal Compliance: When required by applicable Indian laws or government authorities.
5. Data Security & Storage
We implement industry-standard 256-bit SSL encryption, restricted server access, and secure authentication tokens to protect your personal data from unauthorized access, alteration, or loss.
